2. Subject of processing
The personal data (first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number) that we collect are willingly given by the user when contacting us on www.idroland.it.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data are processed for specific purposes concerning the work and offers by Idroland Fly Zone of Trentino Adventures asd, such as filing into databases and direct mail marketing:
A. With consent from the interested party for:
receiving a message sent through the “Contact us” form. While completing the form the user will be asked for their personal data (first and last name, e-mail, telephone number), which will then be used as identification when it is time for the association to contact them back, through e-mail or via telephone, with the required info.

8. Data storage period
The personal data of the website visitors sending requests for info through the contact module will be stored only for the time needed to solve the query, as mentioned in point 3.
Should the interested party revoke the consent to data processing, the pertaining data will be deleted or rendered anonymous within the following 72 hours.
In compliance with Article 13, Comma 2, letter (f) of the Regulation, gathered data will not be subject to automated decisional processes such as profiling.
9. Rights of the interested party
